COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (April 23, 2010) – After a thorough investigation of an incident at the Dana Point Grand Prix on April 11, USA Cycling has fined Rahsaan Bahati for violating rule 1Q2a, or unsportsmanslike conduct. Following standard procedures, the national governing body opened an investigation after claims of misconduct were reported at the USA Cycling National Racing Calendar event.
